You prefer your slices of sourdough to fit well into your toaster? Or you just love your sandwich to be square-ish?
Here is our mostly brown sourdough bread baked in a tin for you. The crust will be a little softer and the loaves are a bit bigger too – about 800g per loaf.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, salt. Dusted with rice flour and semolina.
