DAS BROTHAUS /(dɑːz ‘brōt haʊs)/ is German for the bread house.

We are a microbakery in York. We would love to share our passion for bread and other baked goods with our neighbourhood and city.

At DAS BROTHAUS, everything is made from scratch by hand with care and dedication in our family home.
