This might be our most ‘German’ bread. The mixture of wheat and rye flour with the addition of sunflower seeds and oats gives this bread a deep flavour without being too heavy in texture. It’s beautiful with any savoury toppings or maybe even dipped into a soft boiled egg.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic rye flour, organic oats, organic sunflower seeds, water, salt. Dusted with rice flour.
