This is our take on the Italian classic. This longfermented sourdough focaccia has a deep flavour with a cripsy crust and a deliciously soft crumb. It works wonderfully for a sandwich with a filling of your choice as well as just on it’s own. It weighs approx. 420-480g depending on your topping.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, green olives (green olives, salt, lactic acid)*, chorizo (pork, salt, smoked paprika powder, lactose, garlic purée, dextrose, maltodextrin, cumin powder, dried oregano)** olive oil, salt, rosemary***.
