This variation of the classic taste of a comforting teacake, combined with the long fermentation that sourdough brings, is much loved in our house. Packed full of sultanas and figs with the addition of Earl Grey tea and cardamom, this delightfully sticky bun is perfect for pretty much any time of day. We especially love them for our elevenses. One teakcakes weighs approx. 160g.
