This organic sourdough bread uses a mixture of white and wholemeal spelt flour with just a small addition of wheat flour. It’s very much a half and half loaf that works well for sweet and savoury toppings.
Ingredients: Organic spelt flour, organic wheat flour, water, salt. Dusted with rice flour.
