The classic taste of a comforting teacake combined with the long fermentation that sourdough brings, is truly a winning combination you should try. Soft and slightly sticky, these little treats are wonderful with lashings of butter or even just by itself.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sultanas (sultana, sunflower oil), sugar, butter, egg, mixed peel, black tea, cinnamon, allspice, salt.
