This variation of the classic taste of a comforting teacake, combined with the long fermentation that sourdough brings, is much loved in our house. Packed full of sultanas and apricots with the addition of Earl Grey tea and cardamom, this delightfully sticky bun is perfect for pretty much any time of day. We especially love them for our elevenses.

Contains gluten, wheat, butter, egg, sulphur dioxide.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sultanas (sultana, sunflower oil), sugar, butter, mixed peel, apricots (apricots, sulphur dioxide, potassium sorbate), egg, earl grey tea, cardamom, salt.
