This is a special one. Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and linsseeds combined with in carrot juice soaked carrots, give this wheat and rye sourdough loaf a lovely rich and moist texture and a well rounded flavour. It’s very tasty eaten with cheese or just plain butter; this bread stays fresh for a few days and it freezes very well too. One loaf weighs approx 800g.
