This is a special one. Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and linsseeds combined with in carrot juice soaked carrots, give this wheat and rye sourdough loaf a lovely rich and moist texture and a well rounded flavour. It’s very tasty eaten with cheese or just plain butter; this bread stays fresh for a few days and it freezes very well too.

Contains gluten, wheat and rye.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, rye flower, carrots, carrot juice (pressed british carrot juice, concentrated lemon juice, antioxidant: vitamin C / ascorbic acid), sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, golden linseed, salt, pepper. Dusted with semolina.
